Integral Consultant, Integral Flow Master-Level Group Facilitator
She is an Integral Consultant and a master-level Integral Flow group facilitator who supports others on their path of self-awareness, building from her own inner transformation. As a mother of three, she deeply believes that consciousness shapes not only our own lives but also the lives of future generations.
For her, self-awareness became a lived experience rather than theoretical knowledge after a personal turning pointwhen she realized that behind the ever-smiling strength lay unprocessed sadness and unspoken anger. She completed her studies at the Integral Academy and later became a master-level group facilitator in Bence Gántis Integral Flow method. She is currently deepening her professional path through supervision.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a dance teacher and fitness trainer, supporting peoples well-being through the power of the body. Today, she creates safe spaces in the dimension of soul and connection. In her work, she represents the unity of strength and vulnerability, guiding those who turn to her to transform their personal stories into awareness and their emotions into inner strength. She believes that true meeting begins within ourselvesand from there, authentic connection with others becomes possible.
