Balázs Eszter

Szomatikus terapeuta és jógaoktató

Eszter is a somatic therapist and trauma-focused yoga teacher. She works on trauma healing retreats, where she helps participants reconnect with their bodies and themselves, so that they can find them as a warm, loving and safe place. She has traveled, studied and taught abroad for years, including in India, Nepal and New York, where she deepened her experiences and knowledge. In her work, she is sensitive to others, herself and her environment, and believes in the power of everyday connection. She sees that while everything can affect us, we do not have to let everything affect us, and that the world can be filled with love and joy. She guides participants towards presence and inner harmony using the tools of body awareness, breathing and trauma-conscious movement. She shapes the classes with creativity, warmth and playfulness, creating a safe atmosphere. There is no competition, no need, and no wrong feelings or movements in the classes; It's okay to feel, to take care of ourselves, and to allow ourselves to relax. Home is where we can be ourselves.

DEEP IMMERSION
Balázs Eszter

Our body constantly tells us when we feel safe, tense, stressed or frozen. In this workshop we will discover how the nervous system responds to alarm, how stress hormones move and how we can return to a state of calm. We will learn about the tolerance window, which helps us understand when we are able to manage our emotions and when we need to rest. With practical techniques breathing, movement and conscious presence we will support physical and emotional balance. There is no right or wrong, no striving for perfection, here you are, the present and the safe space. You can allow yourself to simply be in your body and pay attention to what is happening now, in the here and now.

BALANCE
Balázs Eszter

A space where your body can breathe. In this somatic yoga class, we support the calming of the nervous system and the experience of presence through movement, breathing and sensation. It is a gentle, holding practice where you can put down the accumulated noise and gently move closer to yourself, here it is just you and the moment. This class is not about accomplishment. You don't have to achieve anything or do it well, just arrive and be present with your own experience.

BALANCE
Balázs Eszter

A yoga class where you can experience your body as a holding and safe space, not as a task. Through gentle somatic exercises and inward attention, you can connect to a calmer, more holding inner state, stepping out of constant readiness, slowing down, and experiencing what it's like to not have to adapt or perform. Slow movement, mindful attention, and relaxation support the calming of the nervous system and the gradual release of accumulated stress. A space where you can simply be present, just as you are.

DEEP IMMERSION
Balázs Eszter

The somatic approach assumes that real change does not only happen on a mental level, but also through experiences in the body.
This workshop invites us to connect with our feelings and ourselves through the subtle signals of the body and experience how we can find ground under our feet even in challenging moments. During the exercises, we discover how we perceive safety and our boundaries and how we can consciously strengthen them.
We support strength, stability, self-confidence and the tightening of our boundaries with the tool of imagination. Drawing on the resources experienced in the body, we practice how to stay connected to ourselves even when we encounter stressful or difficult situations. Connect with your body and your feelings. With yourself. Allow yourself to experience calm, balance and your own rhythm in the moment.
