She is a lecturer at the Department of Personality and Health Psychology at ELTE PPK and the head of the postgraduate training program in sex psychology. By qualification, she is an economist, journalist, psychologist, and teacher of psychology. Following her university studies, she obtained further qualifications as a sports psychologist (SE TF), health promotion specialist, and later as a specialist psychologist in sex psychology (ELTE PPK). She also studied in several European countries as a scholarship holder of the European Society for Sexual Medicine.
Her main research focus is the role of sexual satisfaction in well-being and mental health. Her therapeutic training includes art therapy, relaxation techniques, brief dynamic therapy, group analysis, and cognitive methods.
She is a founding member of the Health Psychology Section of the Hungarian Psychological Association, the president of its Sex Psychology Section, and has been a member of both the Hungarian Society for Sexual Medicine and the European Society for Sexual Medicine since 2014. She wrote both her PhD dissertation and her habilitation thesis in the field of sex psychology.
