In her unique method, she integrates more than 10 years of training in the Arkane Arts energy healing modality with approaches studied in college as a complex arts therapist and social worker, combining them with sound therapy, storytelling therapy, poetry, painting, and specialized retreats.

She is a returning presenter at the Everness Festival year after year. She leads individual and group mentoring programs as well as spiritual retreats.
