Kata Máthé

Kata Máthé studied at ELTE Faculty of Humanities and at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, majoring in graphic arts. She has been on a self-development path since 1999, accumulating thousands of hours of group and individual experience. Since 2005, she has been a dedicated practitioner of free dance-based movement meditation, a certified Movement Medicine teacher, and a VITA coach specializing in somatic work with intimacy, also mentoring women.

As a mother of two, she quickly learned how to ground her dreams: while building a successful graphic recording business and caring for her children, dance and somatic practices have always been a refuge and a catalyst in her life. She regularly leads classes, workshops, and Sisterhood womens circlesspaces described by participants as embodying softness and strength, authenticity and playfulness, and natural spirituality.

In the past two years, Kata has increasingly focused on sensuality and pleasure as a source of power. In individual sessions, she primarily works with intimacy, relationships, and sexuality through her somatic VITA coaching methodology.
