Our mother is our first connection to the world, and this connection leaves one of the deepest imprints on our lives. It shapes our attachments, our self-esteem, our sense of security, and even how we relate to ourselves and others.
This experiential workshop offers an opportunity to examine the reality of this connection: rejection, absence, excessive conformity, emotional distance, or the legacy of unspoken pain. And to embark on a path of inner compassion, acceptance, and healing.
Our Integál family and systemic constellation training is still in progress under the guidance of Nóra Bedő and Péter Kemény; the workshop will be held under their supervision.
We look forward to seeing you,

I've been practicing the Maori haka since 2016 alone, in groups, in person, online, with Hungarian peers, with Maori knowledge keepers, in the city, and in the forest. In the mens groups I led with my partner Brúnó Lévai, I saw the men blossom, emerge from the deep depths of oppression, and tap into their strength through the practice of the haka.
Years ago, I began to wonder: what could be the Hungarian equivalent of the haka?
I sought the spirit that would support the creation of this ritual. Fortunately, this idea resonated strongly with my fellow Mens Alliance member and friend Balázs Teszár, and in 2023, everything came together to create the Hungarian haka. With the help of Toroa, a Maori keeper of knowledge, we created the Ancient Gallop.
I feel that the haka calls upon that pure essence within us, that primal part that lies deepest within. It evokes a deep connection to nature within me, strengthening the sincere connection between heart and strength, and through it I allow the wildness of the natural human to emergea force capable of destroying as a raging storm, or of protecting and lifting us up with gentle power.
The warrior within us, the free and pure consciousness, and the compassionate heartour connection to the earth where we were born; throughout our lives, many things can distance us from these important qualities; during the ancient gallop, our goal is to liberate them through sound, movement, and the collective power of our companions, and to restore them to their rightful place.
This workshop is for you if:
- Youd like to experience what the ancient ritual of the gallop stirs within you!
- You want to deepen your connection with your masculine power
- Youd like to finally rewrite your old patterns and move toward alliance with your male peers instead of competition
- You want to give direction to your strength and voice, rather than suppressing them
- You want to be present in your life not only with your strength, but also with your heart
Lets find the path together through practice, connecting with our ancestors, reviving the tribes of the indigenous peoples through our movements, invoking the fire of spirituality through ritual turning toward the stars for guidance, just as our Hungarian ancestors did.
The workshop is led by:
Zoltán Zám hiking coach, haka strength awakener, self-awareness group leader

Source of Power - Dance with the WARRIOR Archetype
What if you are not much? What if the power you have been holding back is actually waiting to finally show itself? How much energy do you use to be quieter, kinder, smaller or easier to handle?
In this dance, we put the brakes aside for a while. With the help of intense music, free movement and the warrior archetype, the fire, strength, anger, passion and life energy that lives within you will find space. A journey into the world of vitality, courage and active energy, where you can experience what it feels like to be present with full strength. So that your strength does not work against you, but with you - and flows to where it is needed most in your life right now.
Let the music move your body, your imagination awaken your inner world, and free dance take you where words can no longer reach. Ritual Dance is a guided movement meditation that invites you on a journey of self-discovery through archetypes and inner images. No dance skills are required just the ability to arrive at yourself, movement by movement.

Karuna: Cultivating Compassion for Yourself A Movement-Based Self-Awareness Workshop for Men and Women
Karuna means compassion. It is that gentle, healing attention we so rarely turn toward ourselves. This workshop is a journey that allows you to reconnect with your own heart and the wholeness of your being. Through the tools of movement, sound, and breath, I will guide you to meet the one who has always lived within you: your remembering core, which knows where you came from and where you are headed.
In this space, you can allow yourself to gently look at your stories, both light and shadow. To accept all that you carry, and to bow before your own path. When your heart opens, and movement and sound flow through you, you begin to remember again: that you are who you are, that you have a place here on earth, and that your mission is an important part of the whole.
This process is both intimate and expansive: it builds a bridge between earth and sky, lifts you up to the stars, and then gently brings you back to yourself so that you may find a home in your heart and body.
The Silent Herbal Connection is a slow, sensory workshop where we not only learn but also connect with herbs.
Through scents, tastes, quiet attention and intuitive choices, we can discover what messages the plants and the energies that come together in the moment have for us. During the joint connection, we will also create herbal blends.
If you can, bring your own mug.

Because when you are truly joyful, it is easier to remember who you really are.
And what if this path could be easy? Could it include humor, playfulness and cheekiness?

When was the last time you felt truly present in your body? In this movement meditation, we slow down the nervous system, let go of the constant spinning, and find our way back to the natural rhythm of the body. Through the loving archetype, you can experience what it feels like not to rush, not to fix, but to simply feel and inhabit your body. A gentle encounter with yourself, the present moment, and the sensuality that lives within you.
Let the music move your body, the imagination awaken your inner world, and the free dance take you where words no longer reach. The 12 Faces of Healing, Somato Respiratory IntegrationSRI for short is a body-based method of self-awareness that helps us reconnect with ourselves and our bodys innate rhythms through breath, energy, movement, and focused attention.
In this workshop, youll gain firsthand insight into the basics of SRI. Through simple, guided physical exercises, well explore how to reconnect with ourselves even when we feel lost, tense, angry, or stuck.
During the workshop, youll experience how to:
find resources within yourself and your body even when everything seems hopeless and infinitely lonely
connect with the tension and polarity between the different parts of yourself,
look at the patterns you repeat in your life on a physical level, patterns in which you get stuck over and over again.
This is not a lecture, but a self-guided exploration in a safe space where you can get closer to yourself, to your bodys signals, and to those inner rhythms that can support you in change.
No prior experience is necessary. All you need is curiosity about how your body can become a map for connecting with yourself.
How can you not only function together in a relationship, but truly connect with one another?
This experiential workshop is designed specifically for couples. The focus is on consciously deepening intimacy: how you can grow closer through mindfulness, presence, honesty, body awareness, and connection exercises.
Intimacy is not just desire or romance. It is a space built together where we can be safe with ourselves and with each other. Where we dont have to lose ourselves in the other, nor do we have to stay apart. Where closeness is not self-surrender, but a genuine encounter.
In the workshop, well work with partner exercises that youll do with your own partner. It will involve movement, attention, touch, presence, and a simple yet profound experience that helps you rediscover how you are present for one another.
Thats why we ask that you arrive with your partner.
This is for you if youd like to pause for a few hours, turn toward each other, and consciously create a space where you can be closer to one anotherand to yourselves in the process.
You dont have to be a well-functioning couple.
And you dont have to be in the midst of a crisis either.
All thats needed is the intention to connect more deeply with one another.

The Woman in Me Encountering the Female Archetypes Living in Me
A woman is not just one quality. A woman has a thousand faces. She is playful and wise, soft and wild, caring and determined at the same time.
In this movement meditation, we will take you on a journey through the world of the seven female archetypes living within you. Through the qualities of the Little Girl, the Virgin, the Courtesan, the Amazon, the Mother, the Wise Woman and the Priestess, you can discover the diversity of your own femininity. You can observe which archetype lives stronger within you now, which has been pushed into the background and which requires more attention at this stage of your life.
With the help of music, guided imagination and free dance, you can connect with these qualities living within you and look at your own feminine journey from a new perspective. A special opportunity to get closer to yourself and discover the richness and fullness of the woman living within you.
As a woman, what does the masculinity within youthe inner Mangive you?
Strength and endurance?
Self-confidence and competence?
Resilience and accountability?
Boundaries and stability?
Or
Pushing yourself to the absolute limit?
Refusing to accept help?
Conformity or exploitation?
Dominance and domination?
Because it matters how and when you use this power!
In our Mens Circle for Women program, you can connect with the masculine qualities within you and encounter your inner male archetype your relationship dynamics and your father's wound. You can face everything that makes you feel oppressed or forces you into an oppressive role.
Here, you have the opportunity to work with both your body and your voice, using tools that have previously been used only in mens circles.
This is not a man-making program, and we do not support the masculinization of women! We help you access an inner space you were born withone that gives you strength, holds you steady, and provides support, allowing you to remain stable even in the midst of a storm.
Dear Woman, join us and find balance with the masculine power within you, so that you do not become oppressive, and more importantly, so that you yourself are not oppressed!
When was the last time you were in a setting where you didnt have to appear strong, but could truly experience your own strength?
During this hour and a half, well step away from the expectations of the modern world to connect, through an ancient path and within a tribal community, to a masculine strength that is solid and stable.
This workshop is about awakening our inner warrior: through our gaze, our movements, and our voice, we release what is tense within us. The goal is not performance, but a raw, mask-free presence and healthily expressed aggression. At the end of the process, youll experience what its like to say your name and have the group shout it back to you as one: we hear you and we see you. Come if youre ready to step into your own power and not leave alone.
Capacity: Max. 20 people
We all possess both masculine and feminine qualities. One provides direction, holds things together, focuses, and takes action. The other feels, receives, flows, and connects. We are not speaking primarily of men and women, but of two ancient inner forces that live within all of usand that are constantly dancing with one another in our relationships.
When the masculine becomes too rigid, sensitivity can disappear from it. When the feminine loses its grounding, it can become scattered or uncertain. But when these qualities find each other, a deeper inner order is born: strength that does not oppress, and softness that does not crumble.
In this workshop, through movement, presence, body awareness, and connection exercises, we will explore how the masculine and feminine qualities live within us and between us. We will examine how we can stand more firmly on our own axis while becoming more open to the other. How can assertiveness be loving, and acceptance be strong? How can the masculine and feminine exist not against each other, but for each other?
This space is an invitation not only to think about these qualities, but to experience them in your body, your presence, and your connections. To sense that inner balance where holding and flowing, direction and receptivity, strength and softness can all be present at the same time.We warmly invite you to join us if youd like to gain a deeper understanding of how the masculine and feminine aspects live within youand how these qualities can come together in a more mature, clear, and loving way within you and in your relationships.

We warmly invite you to a special fusion family constellation on the theme of abundance.
What does abundance mean to you? Flow, ease, securityor rather, lack and limitations?
On this occasion, youll have the opportunity to examine your relationship with abundance and uncover the deeper patterns that may have been blocking the flow in your life, bringing you closer to your own abundance. In the space of fusion constellations, we work gently yet deeply: we release blocks and create space for a more expansive, freer way of functioning. If you feel a calling toward change and openness, we warmly welcome you.
Our Integral Family and System Constellation training is still in progress. We are learning from Nóra Bedő and Péter Kemény, who also provide supervision.
There is a strength within you that you may have already sensed but perhaps you havent yet dared to truly embrace it.
Now is the time to connect with it. An opportunity for us to meet as menhonestly, without masks. A place where you dont have to conform, where you dont have to prove yourself. Just be present.
Our theme: Strength.
What does strength mean to you?
When do you feel truly strong?
And when do you lose touch with it?
Conversations, sharing, exercises, and connectionin a supportive environment where every story matters.
Come if:
- you want to connect more deeply with yourself
- you're seeking inner stability
- you long for genuine, masculine-quality connection
- you're curious about what its like when youre not alone

Kit védelmezel? Melyik részed nem leeht önmaga?

A body-oriented self-awareness workshop for women, where youll find the tools, space, and support you need in a safe environment to
- Awaken and connect with your inner strength
- Experience and release your anger and other suppressed emotions
- Stand up for whats right, for your goals, and for your mission.
- Step into the role of the protagonist by standing up
For yourself. Here, you dont have to hold back; you dont have to be nice. You can encounter your repressed parts and give yourself as much permission as possible to embrace the aspects of yourself that you find unacceptable.
We look forward to seeing you at the Mens Alliance tent.
Osho Dynamic Meditation. This is a form of meditation in which we stand in silence and turn our attention inward, to that which is always present behind everything.
At the same time, we move, dissolve, and become one with the ever-changing music that is playing.
We are simultaneously in nirvana and in samsara. Again and again, we enter a new life, a new personality, a new adventure, the whirlwind of existence, then STOPeverything halts, and we remember our nature of emptiness once more. Then back into the dance, into the movement, then STOP again.
Identification and disidentification. In the spirit of nonduality, we move to the entertaining, funny, and crazy music of existence against a backdrop of silence.
What if, for a brief moment, the invisible processes taking place deep within your soul became visible by bringing them to life on the psychodrama stage?
The unique power of psychodrama lies in the fact that what is often present within you only as a feeling, tension, recurring pattern, or elusive inner story can emerge, take shape in space, and become visible through roles and connections.
The roles, lines, movements, and connections that appear on the psychodrama stage are born from your inner world. What appears out there is actually happening within you: how you connect, how you defend yourself, how you desire, how you get stuck.
This way, you can gain insight into the inner dynamics of a difficult situation, your automatic patterns, how your inner child is present within you, and what it would be like if the inner nurturing mother living within you could also appear alongside it.
In this workshop, you can get a taste of the world of psychodrama. No prior training or experience is required, just curiosity about what a situation reveals when you dont just think about it in your head, but also look at it on the psychodrama stage.
We work in small groups within a safe environment where everyone can try things out.
Come and let the depths of your soul emerge.
We live in a modern world with shifting norms and expectations. There is a lack of appropriate role models, making it difficult to find our way. It is legitimate and understandable to question the behaviors we see around us and in the mirror, and to ask ourselves:
- How can we do this in a more conscious and harmonious way?
- What does masculine behavior look like in the 21st century?
- What is the state of masculine qualities within us, and what does integrating feminine qualities mean?
- How can we achieve this without losing our masculinity?
- How does a conscious, integrated man think, relate, speak, and act in todays world?
- What matters to women, and how can we succeed as men in the various areas of our lives?
An interactive session lasting an hour and a half, featuring Q&A with Gergely Budai, one of the founders of the Mens Alliance. Helpful insights and practical considerations that we can share with one another. We, as men, for one another and for a more conscious, mature world.
From the experience of the non-moving meditative space, you will start into the space of the inner woman and inner man. You can experience what it is like to move from a "starting point" with the feminine qualities, the masculine qualities, and then meet in an integrated space where everything is in balance.
If you would like to work with the inner feminine and masculine archetypes and qualities in the fusion of meditation, family alignment and bodywork, then we look forward to this workshop.
We have been working together for almost 2 years, and we also lead a joint closed group, where Zen meditation and various self-knowledge methods, such as family alignment, meet each other. In addition, we also work a lot on the topic of feminine-masculine balance, both inside and outside. We bring you the fusion space of all of this within the framework of a one and a half hour "taste".
We look forward to seeing you!

Theres one topic where most men find themselves completely on their own.
Not because it isnt important. But because its too sensitive. Too vulnerable. Its too easy to feel ashamed when talking about it.
You might talk to your buddy about work, money, relationships, sports, spirituality. But when was the last time you honestly asked him what helps him when he cant get it up? What does he do if he comes too fast? How does he handle it when hes not in the mood for sex? What does he do when he feels the need to prove himself in bed? Or when hes afraid hes not a good enough man?
There are tons of jokes, posturing, pressure to perform, and rationalizations about sexualitybut very little real, honest conversation.
This 2-hour conversation is about the things we as men often dont dare to ask: desire, shame, erections, premature ejaculation, porn, performance, self-confidence, rejection, boundaries, intimacy, and that internal pressure that says, I should know this.
We dont offer techniques on how to be better in bed. Instead, we create a space where you can finally say: these issues exist. Youre not alone in dealing with them. And being a man doesnt mean you have to figure everything out on your own.
Well talk about how to think about sexuality more honestly, more sensibly, and with less shame. How to step away from the expectation that a man must always perform, always know, always want, always function. And how to find our way back to a more human, more present, and freer connection.
This isnt a sexual act, it isnt about stripping, and it isnt an embarrassing performance. Its an open, supportive, and honest conversation about a topic weve carried around inside us alone for far too long.
If youve ever had a question you were too afraid to ask, this is the place for it.
My dear generation is like a constantly evolving layer of cells, between two worlds. Our becoming adults is sometimes complicated.
What should we carry forward, what should we leave behind? How could we do better than our predecessors? Where exactly? What should we do? And why should we do anything at all? Where do you get your energy from? How do you know which area of interest will be the right one?
And where do you get your money from anyway? Who, how, when can we rely on? What would be good for our parents, or can anyone help us at all? Would you accept it if so?

Have you never been to a family constellation session but are curious to find out what its all about?
Have you been to one, but havent yet integrated the insights from family and system constellations?
Or would you simply like to take part in a deeper process of self-discovery?
We warmly welcome you to the Mens Alliance tent, to a constellation space grounded in Wilbers levels of consciousness and a holistic approach based on the four quadrants.
Integral constellation work is particularly transformative for us because we not only work with transgenerational patterns and systemic dynamics, but we also make space for emotions and the bodys wisdom.
The process may include:
elements of psychodrama
bodywork exercises
vocalization
music and movement
which support the flow of emotions and release.
Anyone can participate regardless of their belief system; skeptics are also warmly welcome.
Through the statement of a brave participant, we will introduce this method based on Hellingers work, in which we count on you as both a representative and a facilitator.
The topic: the flow of life force
Life force is an invisible yet deeply perceptible energy.
It is connected, among other things, to:
our health
our body
our vocation
our finances
our intuition
our creativity
and our family system.
It influences every area of our lives.
When life energy gets stuck, it often manifests as depression, anxiety, conflicts, financial difficulties, or physical symptoms. Often, we carry not only our own burdens but also, out of love, the blockages of our ancestors.
Life force can flow freely when there is order:
within our inner selves
within our family system
and within our broader systems as well.
Family constellation work provides an opportunity to gain insight into these blockages, dissolve the blocks, and restore the flow.

What keeps you grounded when you lose your anchor points?
- When you want to say no, but youre afraid of losing the other person.
- When you want to say yes, but you dont dare to fully embrace yourself.
- When you want to be strong, but you dont want to become hard.
- When you long to connect, but you dont want to give up on yourself.
The Inner Axis workshop is a space for self-discovery through personal experience for women and men, where we explore how you can find that inner center within yourself from which you can stand more clearly, make decisions, connect, and act.
- We are not looking for roles.
- We are not looking at how you should be as a woman or a man.
- Rather, we are looking for that point within you from which you are no longer guided by others expectations, old patterns, pressures to conform, or inner fearsbut by something deeper, truer, and more authentic.
In this workshop, youll get a taste of the process through which a more stable inner axis can be built within you, step by step: between your strength, your feelings, your boundaries, your decisions, your connections, and the wisdom of your heart.
Well work with presence, body awareness, inner attention, sharing, and simple, experiential exercises. The goal isnt to fix ourselves, but to get closer to whats already there within uswe just might not have heard it clearly in a long time.
This workshop is for you if:
- youd like to connect more deeply with yourself,
- you find it difficult to assert your boundaries or needs,
- you often get lost in others expectations,
- youd like to be strong without closing off your heart,
- you long for a clearer, more authentic presence in your relationships,
- youre curious about what the longer Inner Axis self-discovery process might be like.
This is an introduction, a gateway, a first touch.
You dont need to know the answer in advance. Its enough if you feel that there is something within you calling you: a clearer yes, a braver no, a more grounded presence, a truer life.
Come and experience what its like when you dont look outside for a point of stabilitybut instead begin to build within yourself that axis that always holds you, regardless of external circumstances
The theme of our relationship workshop is: Do we truly listen to each other during our arguments? Can we reach mutual agreements? Do we recognize our shared interests? Can we see each other beyond our shared projections?
Well talk about the kinds of arguments we might have, what each one is about, and what types there are, and the real question will be whether we end up closer to or further from each other by the end of an argument.
Wed also like to discuss how the true outcome of a conflict is when, by the end, we know more about each other than we did when we began this debate.
Were preparing a workshop that combines theory and practice, using everyday examples, and well also share with you our own failures and successes drawn from our personal relationships.
What makes a space safe?
How can you silently support the process?
What tools does a men's circle leader have?
Find out how the leaders of the Men's Association work.
At our workshop, you have the opportunity to gain insight into decades of experience and ask your questions if you are also thinking about leading men's circles.
The new class of the Men's Circle Leader Training starts in September, and we are waiting for you until then.
