Dance creates a space where we can practice nourishing togetherness without words. We can grow, we can grow those parts of ourselves that make us even more capable of connecting, and thus immersion in community can make us even more alive. In flow we experience retention, in staccato our strength, in chaos freedom, in lyricism creation and in silence peace. In dances we follow Gabrielle Roth's movement map, which Gabrielle and her followers have been developing and perfecting for decades.
The Creator Session is a two-hour inner journey where we pause for a moment and re-align our minds and hearts. The program begins with an inspiring dharma talk that helps us see the inner forces and choices at work in our lives. This is followed by a mind-clearing, mantra-resonating breathing exercise accompanied by drums that gently quiets thoughts and opens our attention. At the end of the session, a guided deep meditation helps the experiences to truly integrate into the inner space. This gathering is for those who want to step out of the everyday mind for a while and connect more consciously with their own creative power.
Facial yoga is a natural, gentle way to strengthen facial muscles and keep your skin looking youthful. Various massage and stretching exercises stimulate blood circulation, promote lymphatic circulation, thereby reducing swelling, dark circles, and making your facial skin brighter and firmer.
Benefits of facial yoga:
Tightens facial muscles, so you can naturally reduce wrinkles and sagging.
Stimulates blood circulation, which results in healthier, fresher skin.
Can relieve stress and tension, especially in the jaw, forehead, and eye area.
Can provide a natural lifting effect without plastic surgery.
Can improve skin tone and help eliminate toxins.
With regular practice, facial yoga helps to restore the freshness of the facial skin and supports the prevention of signs of aging, all in a completely natural way, without side effects.
The perfect choice for those who want to take care of their appearance and well-being in a holistic, self-loving way.
Please bring face cream, gua sha stone, face and body scrub, kinesiology tape (preferably for the face), scissors and a face towel. You can participate in the class without the tools, but we will also learn how to use them, so it is worth getting them or borrowing them.
I look forward to seeing you at the facial yoga class!
Feel invited to enter a space where all roles, concepts, and expectations dissolve and a truly equal and authentic encounter between men and women becomes possible. Here, women and men can truly feel seen, heard, and acknowledged. Inspired by the New Zealand Haka, strength, presence, and vitality are directly felt in the body. Men discover their emotional depth, women experience clarity, openness, and inner strength, and couples feel resonance and shared presence. This space invites you to meet yourself, feel your own presence, and experience the magic of authentic connection a transformative experience full of energy, heart, and awareness.
Chronic stress and constant alertness can put a significant strain on the body, causing elevated cortisol levels, which can hinder true rest and regeneration. This class focuses on physical relaxation and restoring balance. During the practice, we help the area around the adrenal glands to relax. The goal is to calm the body's stress responses and release accumulated tension from the system. By directing attention inward, we bring the nervous system into a state of rest, allowing the body to deeply renew itself. This opportunity gives you the opportunity to release chronic tension and return to your natural, inner peace.
Human life is not a random drift. According to ancient wisdom, it unfolds along well-understood directions. The Vedic tradition describes four fundamental goals of life: the right life (dharma), material security (artha), the world of pleasure and desire (kāma), and inner liberation (mokṣa). During the lecture, we will examine how these forces shape our daily decisions, relationships, and life path. Special attention will be paid to the role of desires: when they lead us forward and when they keep us in a circle. We will unfold an ancient map that can help us see more clearly where our life is headed. We will learn that with a clear and active mind, we can not only see clearly, but also control it.
This is a guided inner experience where participants can experience what it is like to be guided by their consciousness and awaken their body. Hypnosis, breathing, and simple presence help them slow down and step out of overthinking. The process is safe, deep, and both relaxing and energizing. Participants become more aware of their own inner signals and connect with the energy of their bodies. This experience often brings lightness, creativity, and inner clarity. It is accessible to anyone, no prior experience is necessary.
There is a point where attention turns inward and the usual directions slowly become still. This 90 minutes is an inner journey where the breath becomes the compass. As the process unfolds, the inner space gradually expands, perception becomes refined, and deeper layers become accessible. The Wim Hof Method breathing becomes a gateway here to a quieter, more spacious presence.

Weight Flow Contact is a method that helps us experience ourselves and our human relationships as harmonious, deep, sensitive, joyful and real, in a word, qualitative. The key is to be able to decide for ourselves how we experience our lives.
The term weight refers primarily to the body, to our present physical self. Weight means the force with which the body is attracted to the Earth. This is gravity. We have weight because we have a body and we live on the Earth. Weight therefore means that we live here on Earth in our bodies, and this is one of the most defining pillars of our present human reality.
Flow is a quality related to movement, the ever-changing process of life and its free and joyful experience. Flow here means to consciously and yet spontaneously direct our actions in accordance with the laws of nature, in harmony with constant change, to be present in our own lives in a spasm-free flow, in every moment. Flow is therefore the quality of active Presence in the Now.
Contact refers to human relationships. We are all constantly connected to each other. This is one of the unavoidable cornerstones of human life, of humanity. We deal with relationships on three levels: my relationship with myself, my relationship with someone else and my relationship with the world.
You will get a taste of this in this two-hour workshop in the Deep Immersion Tent.
Hatha yoga is the foundation of all yoga, the most ancient form and knowledge, the purpose of which was to prepare the body for long meditation. According to Patanjali's name, asana is nothing more than a long, stable, comfortable holding of a pose. There are about 84 traditional ancient yoga asanas, and the number of modern variations is several hundred, but we do not need to know them all to make yoga a part of our everyday lives.
The Sivananda practice series works with only 12 basic asanas and their variations. The practice series was compiled by Swami Vishnudevananda about 40 years ago, and like everything else, he named it after his master, Swami Sivananda. In carefully selecting the 12 basic asanas, Vishnudevananda took the chakras as a basis, covering and moving all energy centers, moving from the crown chakra down to the root chakra.
The classes will start with pranayama breathing exercises.
