Here we will dare to meet slowly, facing each other open eyed. No touch, no sounds during the exercise. No running away or jumping over insecurities into hugs. Breathing and observing. Not doing anything brings you closer to all your 4 bodies. You discover how alien you are to yourself. Staying with this new perspective opens your heart to finally meet another alien. Actually 8 bodies are involved in this encounter. Relax, dare to go through all these movies without judgement. Consciously observing, without interfering opens a healing space where sacredness becomes tangible.
During the workshop, my goal is to make us feel and get to know our own bodies better, to become in tune with our perception and our boundaries. In the second part of the session, there will be joint tasks where the emphasis will be on connections and collaboration. We will move towards contact dance, touching, letting go and leading each other through creative, playful tasks. In the third phase of the workshop, the emphasis will be on joint creation.
Everyday practices to maintain our health. Within the framework of this workshop, we can learn about our own individual Ayurvedic body-mind type, and then, armed with the simple daily practices and tools discussed here, we can take the first steps towards maintaining our health and preventing diseases.
The somatic approach assumes that real change does not only happen on a mental level, but also through experiences in the body.
This workshop invites us to connect with our feelings and ourselves through the subtle signals of the body and experience how we can find ground under our feet even in challenging moments. During the exercises, we discover how we perceive safety and our boundaries and how we can consciously strengthen them.
We support strength, stability, self-confidence and the tightening of our boundaries with the tool of imagination. Drawing on the resources experienced in the body, we practice how to stay connected to ourselves even when we encounter stressful or difficult situations. Connect with your body and your feelings. With yourself. Allow yourself to experience calm, balance and your own rhythm in the moment.
With the help of Tantra Adventure, you and your partner can discover each other from a new perspective. Let yourself become one in the game of discovery, adventure and intimacy! These light, creative, yet exciting tasks will help you connect more deeply with yourself and each other. Our goal is to provide you with positive experiences that build your relationship on physical, mental and spiritual levels, thereby bringing you closer to each other.
We look forward to seeing you!
This workshop is for those who want to learn the basics of contact improvisation in a safe environment. Step by step, we will explore the principles of weighting, rolling, touching and balancing with a partner. The emphasis is on subtle perception, attention and coordination.
No previous dance training is required to participate, just openness and comfortable clothing suitable for movement. The exercises will help you connect with your own body and experience how spontaneous, living, coordinated movement can be born, a kind of "circuit" between two people. The goal is the joy of presence and joint discovery.
Bring your phone and you will learn a method that can be used at home at any time to resolve any problematic situation.
M-Ottó: Its not what happens that matters, but who you are while it happens.
Fire is the element of transformation.
That which no longer serves can be reborn in fire.
In this ceremony, we provide space to consciously release old patterns, fears, and inner obstacles, and create space for new possibilities.
The process is accompanied by mantras, scents, and ritual elements inspired by Eastern traditions that support inner cleansing and transformation.
Allow the power of fire to help you release the burdens of the past and strengthen your inner intention.
What to bring? Come in comfortable clothing and a clean, open heart. Bring paper and pen.
Ecstatic Dance, a movement meditation - free dance movement, as we know it today, started in 2000 on the Big Island of Hawaii, and has since become a widespread, inspiring community culture worldwide, with Ecstatic Dance communities and events operating in countless cities. One of the main experiences of the genre is based on a deeper connection with ourselves and others, on the fact that our inner world can freely express itself in dance, movement, music and guided exercises with different focuses.
Ecstatic Dance Budapest started in 2018 and has grown to become an important player in the conscious dance communities in Hungary today. Over the years, we have introduced the experience of conscious dance to thousands of people - through weekly events, workshops, open days and smaller - larger festival-like events.
We believe in the need for a space where people can move freely physically and mentally, where they can bring the important stories of their lives into dance and movement. The body can be the brush, the dance floor can be the large canvas, and the artist can be the Human being himself.

Why do you keep returning to the same painful patterns?
Why does it feel like your relationships keep repeating the same storyjust with different characters? Why do you often react in ways you dont even want to, yet something inside feels stronger than you?
Understand the deep emotional patterns that drive youand discover how they can finally be changed.
What if destiny wasnt a ready-made scriptbut a half-empty canvas in your hands?
This workshop is based on Vida Beas self-developed InnerHeal Creation Model methodology a self-awareness and conscious creation framework that helps you break out of stuck patterns and create a new inner picture of your life.
During the workshop:
we look at what inner pictures are currently guiding your life
we clarify: what you really desire
you can recognize unconscious patterns that are holding you back
we create new inner life pictures with visualization and guided meditation
through individual and couple exercises we express our thoughts and delve into the process.
This space is both deep and practical. It is intuitive and structured at the same time.
The canvas is yours. The colors are too.
Dance creates a space where we can practice nourishing togetherness without words. We can grow, we can grow those parts of ourselves that make us even more capable of connecting, and thus immersion in community can make us even more alive. In flow we experience retention, in staccato our strength, in chaos freedom, in lyricism creation and in silence peace. In dances we follow Gabrielle Roth's movement map, which Gabrielle and her followers have been developing and perfecting for decades.
In this workshop, we invite you to an exciting exploration of yourself through touch. Among other things, you will experience:
- the effect of different quality touches
- what touches are born in Conscious, Pure Presence in different connections
- how you can give yourself with your own identity without adding or taking anything from it
- what it feels like when your Souls meet through touch
- how you can touch and be touched in a receptive, supportive Space
There is a point where attention turns inward and the usual directions slowly become still. This 90 minutes is an inner journey where the breath becomes the compass. As the process unfolds, the inner space gradually expands, perception becomes refined, and deeper layers become accessible. The Wim Hof Method breathing becomes a gateway here to a quieter, more spacious presence.

At the initiative of the Moving Man Institute, we will address the feminine and masculine aspects of our universal human being, as well as the healing of the wounds of the Male-Female relationship. The experience-based workshop will use psychotherapy, body-oriented methods, ancient and modern rituals, and artistic self-expression through dance and movement.
Feel invited to enter a space where all roles, concepts, and expectations dissolve and a truly equal and authentic encounter between men and women becomes possible. Here, women and men can truly feel seen, heard, and acknowledged. Inspired by the New Zealand Haka, strength, presence, and vitality are directly felt in the body. Men discover their emotional depth, women experience clarity, openness, and inner strength, and couples feel resonance and shared presence. This space invites you to meet yourself, feel your own presence, and experience the magic of authentic connection a transformative experience full of energy, heart, and awareness.
During the practice:
we awaken the flow of feminine energies
we allow ourselves to experience the feelings that arise
we connect to the creative centers of the pelvis, heart and throat
we give space to spontaneous, internally born movements
we paint our own energy images in space.
This program does not require dance knowledge or yoga knowledge. It is enough to be present and let your body speak.
This opportunity is for women who want to relive the joy of movement, connect to their feminine energy and experience what it is like when the movement is not directed from outside, but is born from within.
The Muse living within you is already there. It just asks for space.
What happens when you stop adjusting adjusting and start inhabiting yourself?
In this Movement Medicine workshop, we explore a presence that is playful, embodied authentic, and unapologetically alive.
Loosely guided movement, free dance, and simple exercises all help you find the movements that feel good in your body, to sense the space around your body and expand even further from there - naturally arriving into movement-based connections.
There will be space for lightness, playfulness, weirdness and experimentation. You don't need to be impressive or experienced - you don't need to be anything at all, just be here in your body, and let it live, move, play!
When we are present in our bodies with an open heart, our aliveness naturally begins to radiate.

Our body constantly tells us when we feel safe, tense, stressed or frozen. In this workshop we will discover how the nervous system responds to alarm, how stress hormones move and how we can return to a state of calm. We will learn about the tolerance window, which helps us understand when we are able to manage our emotions and when we need to rest. With practical techniques breathing, movement and conscious presence we will support physical and emotional balance. There is no right or wrong, no striving for perfection, here you are, the present and the safe space. You can allow yourself to simply be in your body and pay attention to what is happening now, in the here and now.
Women exploring the differences of mental and spiritual body. This is important to direct the entire system of body, emotions and mind. Especially you need to overcome mental control systems that could be blocking the opening up of the spirit in a respected, loved and appreciated body.

The Creator Session is a two-hour inner journey where we pause for a moment and re-align our minds and hearts. The program begins with an inspiring dharma talk that helps us see the inner forces and choices at work in our lives. This is followed by a mind-clearing, mantra-resonating breathing exercise accompanied by drums that gently quiets thoughts and opens our attention. At the end of the session, a guided deep meditation helps the experiences to truly integrate into the inner space. This gathering is for those who want to step out of the everyday mind for a while and connect more consciously with their own creative power.

Weight Flow Contact is a method that helps us experience ourselves and our human relationships as harmonious, deep, sensitive, joyful and real, in a word, qualitative. The key is to be able to decide for ourselves how we experience our lives.
The term weight refers primarily to the body, to our present physical self. Weight means the force with which the body is attracted to the Earth. This is gravity. We have weight because we have a body and we live on the Earth. Weight therefore means that we live here on Earth in our bodies, and this is one of the most defining pillars of our present human reality.
Flow is a quality related to movement, the ever-changing process of life and its free and joyful experience. Flow here means to consciously and yet spontaneously direct our actions in accordance with the laws of nature, in harmony with constant change, to be present in our own lives in a spasm-free flow, in every moment. Flow is therefore the quality of active Presence in the Now.
Contact refers to human relationships. We are all constantly connected to each other. This is one of the unavoidable cornerstones of human life, of humanity. We deal with relationships on three levels: my relationship with myself, my relationship with someone else and my relationship with the world.
You will get a taste of this in this two-hour workshop in the Deep Immersion Tent.
We often connect to desire mentally: we want something, so we think about it a lot. But desire is also a force experienced in the body, accompanied by sensations: warmth, tingling, impulse. It is an energy that can act as a catalyst in our lives.
In this somatic intimacy workshop, we work with desire, intention, and sexual energy, exploring how our erotic energy can catalyze our creative power.
We work with the VITA (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) methodology:
- guided meditation
- gentle breathwork
- soft, sensual self-touch
- inner energy work
We remain clothed and touch only ourselves - everyone stays on their own inner journey of exploration.
There will be space to connect with your sexual energy without rush or expectations, and to feel how it can be a companion in bringing you closer to your desires. To remember that creation begins in the body, and that pleasure can be grounded, intelligent, natural, and a deeply integrated part of your life.
SuryaSoul - Dance of Hands is a conscious dance and movement meditation class. The hands and fingers dance through various hand mudras, which sometimes become more dynamic, sometimes slow, meditative, full-body penetrating, harmonizing movements. The hands are used as an extension of the heart, so the attention is directed to the flow of life energy (prana), breathing, internal sensations, rather than the precise execution of the choreography. This class can help you release tension, unleash creativity, experience inner balance and has a significant soul-aligning effect. The SuryaSoul method is based on the chakra system as a whole, draws from Taoist and yoga philosophies, and combines movement with meditation, music and conscious presence. Dance of Hands is a practice based on an inner experience, which is accessible to everyone, without prior dance knowledge.
Breathing is one of the most powerful gateways to the deeper layers of consciousness.
In this guided process, with the support of respiratory therapist Anett Maximovits, we will delve step by step into the world of sacred breathing techniques. The exercises help to cleanse the energy system, release emotional blocks and bring new vitality to the body.
The process includes:
fine tuning and theoretical introduction
insight into sacred breathing forms (conscious circular breathing, DMT breathing)
deep, transformative breathing journey
grounding exercises and integration
Breathing can release tensions stored in the body, expand consciousness and support the natural activation of kundalini energy.
Important: Arrive with a half or empty stomach to avoid unpleasant sensations. Bring something with you to lie down on.
Your body is your home here on Earth.
Getting to know it, respecting it, and caring for its needs is not a luxury.
It is the foundation.
It is about stopping the fight with yourself.
It is about returning to the body.
To feelings you have learned to suppress.
To the silence in which you finally hear yourself.
This is a deep guided experience where the body's natural energy is activated. The orgasmic state here is not sexual, but a physical experience of joy and vitality. Participants can experience what it is like when the mind is quieted and the body and pleasure come to the fore. The process can help release tension and open up a sense of acceptance. Many experience liberation, inspiration or deep inner joy. The space is safe and supportive throughout. Recommended for anyone who wants to experience the natural flow of their own life energy.
What if no was not a rejection, but a gift? A clear compass that helps us truly come closer to each other. The path to intimacy often leads on a bridge built by nos.
In this workshop, we will practice the bodily experience of no and yes not in theory, but in practice. In structured, playful exercises, we will explore how to set boundaries, ask for and receive, and experience what it is like to give and receive no, all within a safe framework.
What can you expect?
Become aware of your bodys signals to recognize when you need something
Practice expressing your yeses and nos honestly
Experience how to stay connected to others while respecting your own boundaries
Discover the liberating power of consensus and mutual consent

It is not by chance that you are reading these lines.
Somewhere deep down you know and feel that the true knowledge of yourself has now become important and unavoidable for you.
To recognize the patterns behind your thoughts, the signals of your body, your inner workings.
And where are you on the path leading to this?
Are the words, thoughts familiar and do you already see the direction at the level of the mind?
And at the same time, do you know the signals of your body?
Do you know your deeply hidden feelings?
How do you express them, how do you show them, how do you experience them?
Somatic Flow is a systems approach process that makes internal functioning visible through bodily perception and movement dynamics.
Subtle movements, internal perception and field dynamics support you in seeing where you are in a relationship, a decision-making situation or in the current phase of your life.
During the process, patterns related to the inner child, past traumatic impressions, belief systems, relationship dynamics and the relationship to the future self may also appear.
The process takes place with handpan music accompaniment, supporting the deepening of attention and realizations through bodily experience.
It is intended for those who are ready to step out of excessive mental functioning and experience change on a physical level.
There is a current moving in you: sometimes it feels soft, receptive, liquid, and sometimes it rises fierce, instinctive, untamed.
In this Movement Medicine journey, we explore the living dance between these qualities inside the body. Yin and yang, active and receptive: two qualities of the same life force energy. We are not looking for ideas and concepts but rather felt bodily sensations, impulses, breath and rhythm.
Through guided movement and simple relational exercises, we give space to the body to the to soften and flow, and also to move with clarity and strength.
This is a space where you can experiment freely: your dance doesnt need to look like dance, to be aesthetic or ecstatic. The invitation is to follow your body and connect naturally to the pulse of life force within it: the tender and wild dance that makes you feel more alive, more free and more whole.
If you have experienced experiences as a child or an adult that you did not have enough capacity for - the nervous tension is trapped in your body, and your body reacts the same way to any similar situation from then on: freeze, flee or start fighting. Even if there is no real danger. The traumatic experience determines your worldview, your self-confidence, your cognitive abilities, your joy of life - it is like a thick fog that you cannot see through. The pattern appears in your nervous system: in stagnation when a decision has to be made; in freezing when someone raises their voice; in panic when you have made a mistake or need to be visible.
For the nervous system to return to its regulated state, more is needed than words. In this workshop, we will look together at what is really happening in your body and try stabilizing exercises that you can use immediately when old patterns take over.
I help you discover your body in a different way - so that you don't just acknowledge and use it, but truly see and feel this living organism through which you experience life.
This opportunity is for you if you are looking for a conscious, mature connection and if you are curious about how dating can also be a journey of self-discovery.

After a short theoretical introduction and a demonstration of the technique, the workshop offers the opportunity for one hour of guided group practice. Even within this single hour, it becomes clearly perceptible how concentration begins to build itself with elemental power.
If you have ever tried to practice focus or one-pointedness with any technique and found it difficult, this workshop is for you.
It is a truly unique and powerful experience.
The invisible threads of our female bloodline weave our femininity across generations. Our bodies carry the wisdom, legacy, and even hardships of our ancestors: the line through which we were born is the same line through which patterns, beliefs, fears, and creative forces flow. The Sacred Lineage is not just a collection of family stories, but a sacred heritage that carries within itself the power to survive, the ability to love, intuition, and the feminine creative power.
Sacred Lineage is not just about wounds, but about the uninterrupted, living flow that continues through the female body despite all the fractures, traumas, and silences.
This workshop does not start from the exploration of wounds, but from the realization that: there is something within us that is not damaged, that is not traumatic, that is older than wounds. This is the archetypal feminine power an inner knowing, a memory written in the body, not bound to history.
As we work together, we pay attention to the axis of the womb, heart and spine so that feminine wholeness can flow unhindered. When you connect to your own Sacred Line, the feeling of being alone disappears, as the power of your ancestors supports you in every step.
Our bodies certainly store our traumas. True healing from emotional, mental, or physical trauma always happens through the body. Understanding this, as well as some basic concepts related to how traumas work, and learning a few simple techniques will be the focus of this workshop. Through movement, you will understand what and why it is worth doing to work out your traumas from your body.
Water is one of the most powerful ancient cleansing forces.
In this shared ceremony, we are given the opportunity to slow down, release pent-up emotions, and reconnect with the flow within.
During the ceremony, we work with emotional and energetic cleansing through the symbolism of water. The process is accompanied by scents, mantras, and gentle rituals learned from Eastern healers and masters that support inner cleansing, letting go, and renewal.
Let the wisdom of water remind you how to flow gently through life.
What to bring?
Come in comfortable clothing and with a clean, open heart.

SuryaSoul is a conscious dance and movement meditation class based on the chakra system, Tao and Yoga philosophy. A combination of Eastern healing techniques and ancient and modern dance elements from different styles. An easy-to-follow choreographed movement form that aims to create physical and mental harmony. Through movement, rhythms and melodies, we reach the realm beyond the mind, connecting to our center. The mood of the music, the form and rhythm of the movements all appeal to a quality and feeling in us, bringing up stuck content. This is where their healing power lies. No prior dance knowledge is necessary, and the emphasis is not on choreography, but on experiencing, surrendering and free self-expression through movement!
