Ecstatic Dance, a movement meditation - free dance movement, as we know it today, started in 2000 on the Big Island of Hawaii, and has since become a widespread, inspiring community culture worldwide, with Ecstatic Dance communities and events operating in countless cities. One of the main experiences of the genre is based on a deeper connection with ourselves and others, on the fact that our inner world can freely express itself in dance, movement, music and guided exercises with different focuses.
Ecstatic Dance Budapest started in 2018 and has grown to become an important player in the conscious dance communities in Hungary today. Over the years, we have introduced the experience of conscious dance to thousands of people - through weekly events, workshops, open days and smaller - larger festival-like events.
We believe in the need for a space where people can move freely physically and mentally, where they can bring the important stories of their lives into dance and movement. The body can be the brush, the dance floor can be the large canvas, and the artist can be the Human being himself.
During the workshop, my goal is to make us feel and get to know our own bodies better, to become in tune with our perception and our boundaries. In the second part of the session, there will be joint tasks where the emphasis will be on connections and collaboration. We will move towards contact dance, touching, letting go and leading each other through creative, playful tasks. In the third phase of the workshop, the emphasis will be on joint creation.
In this one and a half hour practical workshop, physical experience serves as a gateway through which we can enter the inner space of spiritual integrity. After a brief theoretical overview, we perform a classic Kundalini Yoga kriya to strengthen the nervous system. The millennial legacy of Kundalini Yoga guides us as an authentic guide, ensuring control of the mind and precise coordination of the two hemispheres of the brain. During the process, the emphasis is on personal experience, since true awareness does not arrive in the body as theoretical knowledge, but as a visceral certainty. With the help of meditation, we experience together how we can consciously guide the mind instead of fighting it, so that it becomes an effective tool for inner integrity and conscious development.
In Native American cultures, the ancient form of spirituality is still alive today both deeply instructive and sometimes conflicting with the modern world. During the conversation, Raúl Armayo helps us to gain insight into the world of Andean traditions through his own Native American roots, while placing all this on the levels of consciousness development from an integral psychological perspective. Raúl Armayo leads the largest integral network in Latin America, and psychologist Bence Gánti leads the largest integral network in Europe. In the dialogue, the two leaders examine how tribal W2 and W3 layers appear in Native American and Hungarian culture, and how more modern levels of consciousness are built on them. How are European and Latin American tribal spirituality similar and different?
A space where your body can breathe. In this somatic yoga class, we support the calming of the nervous system and the experience of presence through movement, breathing and sensation. It is a gentle, holding practice where you can put down the accumulated noise and gently move closer to yourself, here it is just you and the moment. This class is not about accomplishment. You don't have to achieve anything or do it well, just arrive and be present with your own experience.
Did you know that everyone goes through the same stages on the path of self-knowledge, and by knowing them, you can tell where you are? We all go through the same stages of development from birth to adulthood, and also through spiritual awakening, up to the famous enlightenment. Modern developmental psychology and spiritual traditions have more than a hundred teachings about the stages of the path, as summarized by Ken Wilber and this is where integral psychology comes from, from which the term integral, also known in our country, originates. An integral person is developmentally aware, knows these levels, of which there are 10. The first 2 detail the formation of the ego in early childhood, you go back to this in deep trances. Levels three to six are the stages of being in personality from childhood to normal adulthood and then to the therapeutically worked on. The upper four stages are the general stages of spiritual awakening. Let's finally see the full arc of our development and understand exactly where we are!
According to current science, spiritual awakening and self-knowledge are not random processes: it has been shown that we all go through clearly recognizable stages of development from birth through mature personality to the spiritual awakening of consciousness. Modern developmental psychology and the great spiritual traditions have mapped this path in more than a hundred descriptions, which Ken Wilber's integral approach has organized into a unified system. This is the ladder model of integral psychology, the system of developmental levels. During the presentation, we will follow the entire arc: how the early ego develops, how we become a "normal" - often game-laden - adult, what a therapeutically worked-on, more mature personality means, and how higher levels of spiritual consciousness open up. You will learn about ten interconnected stages and levels that will help you recognize where you are right now, how the previous levels are still present in your life, and where your path may lead in the future. If you would like to finally see the map of psychology and spirituality together, as interpreted by Bence Gánti, a qualified integral psychologist, and understand the dynamics of your own journey from ego to transcendence, then this presentation is for you.

My classes focus on conscious, anatomically based practice.
In my classes, the spine is given the central role, because if the center is stable, movements can become freer from there. The goal is not the spectacle, but the inner order: strength, softness and presence at the same time.

What does it mean to be vulnerable in a world where the appearance of perfection and strength is so often emphasized? In this conversation, psychologists Bianka Fuller and Bence Péter Bíró explore how vulnerability can become one of the key foundations of genuine connection and an authentic life. From both female and male perspectives, they examine why it is so difficult for many people to show their emotions, communicate their needs honestly, and how these patterns influence dating and relationship dynamics.
The panel also addresses which schemas, early experiences, and social expectations can hinder openness, why defensive behaviors or emotional distancing develop, and how self-expression can gradually become safer. The aim of the discussion is to showgrounded in psychology yet in an accessible waythat vulnerability is not a weakness, but a learnable skill that can lead to deeper self-awareness and more authentic relationships.
Dance creates a space where we can practice nourishing togetherness without words. We can grow, we can grow those parts of ourselves that make us even more capable of connecting, and thus immersion in community can make us even more alive. In flow we experience retention, in staccato our strength, in chaos freedom, in lyricism creation and in silence peace. In dances we follow Gabrielle Roth's movement map, which Gabrielle and her followers have been developing and perfecting for decades.
The main focus of the practice is the chest and its associated heart center. Within the physical body are the so-called energy centers, or chakras. In this class, we build on the elements of Hatha yoga, connecting the breathing and continuous movement to the asanas, especially to the above-mentioned area.
Mettā (loving kindness) meditation is one of the most well-known heart practices in the Buddhist tradition: you awaken goodwill and peace first towards yourself, then gradually extend it towards others, and finally towards all beings. In this community version, we will build a strong, expansive heart quality together on the Main Stage. It will be a very personal and deep shared experience at the same time: the settling of your own inner state and a large, shared heart wave that connects us. If you would like to come, relax, recharge with a pure, loving quality and do good for the world, join me on the Everness Performance Main Stage on Saturday, June 26, 2026, from 7:30 am.
