This workshop is for those who want to learn the basics of contact improvisation in a safe environment. Step by step, we will explore the principles of weighting, rolling, touching and balancing with a partner. The emphasis is on subtle perception, attention and coordination.
No previous dance training is required to participate, just openness and comfortable clothing suitable for movement. The exercises will help you connect with your own body and experience how spontaneous, living, coordinated movement can be born, a kind of "circuit" between two people. The goal is the joy of presence and joint discovery.
The Everness Celebration is one of the most special shared moments of the festival. At this time, all programs stop for this time, and the entire festival community gathers at the main stage. All festival visitors enter into a common process to experience the Everness celebration together.
The occasion is about common presence, celebration and feeling that we are all part of a larger unity and community. The process is hosted by Bence Gánti, integral psychologist and community facilitator, and the everness management and other people will also speak.
Why is it hard to be a woman today?
In our fast-paced world, our nervous system is constantly on alert, we rush from one task to another, even treating self-care as a to-do list. As women today, we want to do everything right: to be successful, to stay beautiful, to prove ourselves as perfect mothers and partners. In the meantime, we get tired, we harden, and we forget to rest. The culture of rushing and achievement is not conducive to feminine softness, while our true femininity resides in allowing and slowing down.
In our conversation, we explore how we as women can find our own pace, and believe that I am valuable even if I just exist.
Bring your phone and you will learn a method that can be used at home at any time to resolve any problematic situation.
M-Ottó: Its not what happens that matters, but who you are while it happens.
We drink beer, hike, bowl, barbecue together, we have fun. But if we were to join forces for common causes, if a real, long-term commitment was needed for some goal or community, well, that rarely works out. Conflicts, tempers explode, friendships, collaborations break up, the common path most often fails. We have a remarkable difficulty with these.
This is caused by many things. We are dealing with the imprints of betrayal, abandonment, competition. All of these require attention, awareness, individual and collective work. We believe there is a way, but it is undoubtedly difficult and most of it still has to be done in the dark. We are trying to light a torch and find fellow travelers for this.
This is what the 7 founding members of the Men's Association are talking about on the Everness main stage.
A yoga class where you can experience your body as a holding and safe space, not as a task. Through gentle somatic exercises and inward attention, you can connect to a calmer, more holding inner state, stepping out of constant readiness, slowing down, and experiencing what it's like to not have to adapt or perform. Slow movement, mindful attention, and relaxation support the calming of the nervous system and the gradual release of accumulated stress. A space where you can simply be present, just as you are.
Fire is the element of transformation.
That which no longer serves can be reborn in fire.
In this ceremony, we provide space to consciously release old patterns, fears, and inner obstacles, and create space for new possibilities.
The process is accompanied by mantras, scents, and ritual elements inspired by Eastern traditions that support inner cleansing and transformation.
Allow the power of fire to help you release the burdens of the past and strengthen your inner intention.
What to bring? Come in comfortable clothing and a clean, open heart. Bring paper and pen.
Yoga, the science of connecting with the Self, with ourselves, is infinitely colorful. One of the main shades of the color palette is the chakras, energetic centers. Another very important shade is the mudras, or hand and body postures that consciously direct life energy (prana) to the right place. Last but not least, meditation, which is one of the highest stages of yoga, when the mind is immersed in a state of silence for smaller or larger moments of time. In this class, we will go around these yogic color scales.
Stepping onto the path of self-awareness is nothing less than taking responsibility: recognizing that what I am living today is something I am genuinely connected to. I no longer blame or look for excuses; instead, I choose presence. I arrive in that remarkable moment where the past, circumstances, or other people are no longer used as explanations.
We will also explore what happens when this first step is not taken: how the same stories repeat themselves, how the soul grows tired of waiting, and why we so often feel, I know what I should do, yet I still cannot move.
This talk does not promise a packaged solution. It offers only one question: are you willing?
How to Live from the Transcendental Self State?
How do our emotional states shape the way we perceive reality?
Who are we without our ingrained emotional patterns?
Which stories do we identify ourselves with?
How can we recognize the automatically running subconscious patterns and our blind spots?
How can we become metacognitive observers of our own experience?
What are parallel realities from the perspective of emotions, and why do they matter?
How can we step out of the familiar reality and enter the creative unknown?
Join Bogival's morning mat Pilates class and start your morning with conscious movement and fresh energy! The aim of the class is to move the whole body, activate the deep muscles, improve posture and give momentum to the rest of the day. The exercises strengthen and stretch at the same time, so they not only shape you, but also help you release tension. It is recommended for both beginners and advanced students, as everyone can develop at their own level.
In this class, we move as if we are in slow motion. The soft, continuous movement and the coordination of breathing help us slow down, become still, and more deeply perceive what is happening inside the body.
The practice becomes a meditative state where there is no rush just movement in stillness.
Immersion in Traditional Healing Meditations: During the Saturday morning practice, we immerse ourselves in the healing meditations of the Kundalini tradition. During the guided meditation, we use breathing exercises, mantras, and mudras to reduce stress and regenerate the body at the cellular level, preserving the natural rhythm of the body and soul. We calm the nervous system, overcome mental fatigue, and ensure a continuous flow of vital energy. During the practice, we activate the body's self-healing abilities and open ourselves to the intuitive, creative, and creative energies within us.
