In this workshop, we invite you to an exciting exploration of yourself through touch. Among other things, you will experience:
- the effect of different quality touches
- what touches are born in Conscious, Pure Presence in different connections
- how you can give yourself with your own identity without adding or taking anything from it
- what it feels like when your Souls meet through touch
- how you can touch and be touched in a receptive, supportive Space
There is a point where attention turns inward and the usual directions slowly become still. This 90 minutes is an inner journey where the breath becomes the compass. As the process unfolds, the inner space gradually expands, perception becomes refined, and deeper layers become accessible. The Wim Hof Method breathing becomes a gateway here to a quieter, more spacious presence.
Ecstatic Dance, a movement meditation - free dance movement, as we know it today, started in 2000 on the Big Island of Hawaii, and has since become a widespread, inspiring community culture worldwide, with Ecstatic Dance communities and events operating in countless cities. One of the main experiences of the genre is based on a deeper connection with ourselves and others, on the fact that our inner world can freely express itself in dance, movement, music and guided exercises with different focuses.
Ecstatic Dance Budapest started in 2018 and has grown to become an important player in the conscious dance communities in Hungary today. Over the years, we have introduced the experience of conscious dance to thousands of people - through weekly events, workshops, open days and smaller - larger festival-like events.
We believe in the need for a space where people can move freely physically and mentally, where they can bring the important stories of their lives into dance and movement. The body can be the brush, the dance floor can be the large canvas, and the artist can be the Human being himself.
A spiritual experience can be like fireworks: it comes, beautiful and terrifying, incomparable to anything, and then it passes and everyday life goes on as before.
It can be transformative, when afterwards nothing is the same as before. We are forced to create concepts, a worldview, an identity again. This can lead to a crisis.
How can we overcome such a crisis in a way that makes us a better version of ourselves through it?
After all, it offers this opportunity, if we are able and willing to live with it.

At the initiative of the Moving Man Institute, we will address the feminine and masculine aspects of our universal human being, as well as the healing of the wounds of the Male-Female relationship. The experience-based workshop will use psychotherapy, body-oriented methods, ancient and modern rituals, and artistic self-expression through dance and movement.

What if you saw your body not as a task to be fixed, but as a creative space?
In this slowly building, safe space trauma-aware yoga class, the body does not perform, but tells a story. It senses. It experiences.
During the practice, we gently reconnect with the bodys natural intelligence. We hear the bodys small signals, recognize our limits, and make space for what is right now, even their imperfections.
What does this class give participants?
Presence and inward attention,
Body acceptance and new illumination with visualization images,
A free space to experience without expectations,
Harmonization of the nervous system,
Deep relaxation with yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
Who do we recommend the trauma-aware yoga class to? Women, men, anyone who wants to connect with themselves honestly and permissively. Beginners are also welcome.

Please bring face cream, gua sha stone, face and body scrub, kinesiology tape (preferably for the face), scissors and a face towel. You can participate in the class without the tools, but we will also learn how to use them, so it is worth getting them or borrowing them.

The presentation combines the symbolic language of astrology and the functional approach of psychology on the topic of individuality, diversity and human connection. There is hardly a clearer example of this than our societys fixation on GDP growth, driven by the expectation and vision of continuous expansion. According to this mindset, it is considered desirable to achieve at least 3% annual growth. However, if we apply the principle of compound interest, this would result in an elevenfold increase by the end of the century. On a planet with finite resourceswhere limitations are already clearly visiblethis inevitably raises serious questions.
Returning to the field of psychology, performance psychology is a relatively young discipline, yet one that responds remarkably well to the pressing challenges of our time. Its central focus is human performance.
The aim of this lecture is to map the psychological drivers behind our performance. It seeks to frame and clarify the concepts of peak performance, optimal performance, and performance decline. These ideas are illustrated through a clear, easy-to-use model, enriched with practical insights that participants can begin applying as early as the next day.
The talk also touches on some of todays most prominent topics, such as performance anxiety and performance intelligence. Finally, it explores what we, as everyday individuals, can learn from elite athletesand how knowledge from high-performance sport can be transformed and integrated into daily life.

During the practice:
we awaken the flow of feminine energies
we allow ourselves to experience the feelings that arise
we connect to the creative centers of the pelvis, heart and throat
we give space to spontaneous, internally born movements
we paint our own energy images in space.
This program does not require dance knowledge or yoga knowledge. It is enough to be present and let your body speak.

The Muse living within you is already there. It just asks for space.
According to the Ayurvedic approach, five main elements encompass everything; earth-water-fire-air-ether. These can also be found in nature. Earth as a retainer, water which flows, fire as a transformer, and air and ether as qualities that provide space. In this form, they are also present in the bodies of living beings, without claiming to be complete; retaining role - bones and muscles, flow - circulation, transformation - digestion, invisibly present in space - breathing and hearing. In this practice, we address these processes with the movement of yoga (asanas) and the conscious "sign system" of the fingers (mudras).
