Benefits of facial yoga:
Tightens facial muscles, so you can naturally reduce wrinkles and sagging.
Stimulates blood circulation, which results in healthier, fresher skin.
Can relieve stress and tension, especially in the jaw, forehead, and eye area.
Can provide a natural lifting effect without plastic surgery.
Can improve skin tone and help eliminate toxins.
With regular practice, facial yoga helps to restore the freshness of the facial skin and supports the prevention of signs of aging, all in a completely natural way, without side effects.
The perfect choice for those who want to take care of their appearance and well-being in a holistic, self-loving way.
Please bring face cream, gua sha stone, face and body scrub, kinesiology tape (preferably for the face), scissors and a face towel. You can participate in the class without the tools, but we will also learn how to use them, so it is worth getting them or borrowing them.
I look forward to seeing you at the face yoga class!
During the Sunday kriya, we release tension around the sciatic nerve through targeted stretches and dynamic movements, directly affecting the lower three chakras and the release of emotional blocks. According to the yogic approach, the sciatic nerve or life nerve determines our capacity, our emotional carrying capacity and our ability to stand in the world with stability, yet flexibility. Releasing physical tension creates the stable foundation from which a sense of upliftment can naturally arise. The workshop ends with a special meditation aimed at activating our inner creative capacity and creating abundance.
In this flow yoga class, movement and breath are connected in a continuous flow. Asanas flow into each other, building strength, stability and lightness in the body, while the attention is directed inward throughout.
The practice helps you arrive in the present, awakens the body's natural rhythm, and harmonizes the body and mind.
My classes focus on conscious, anatomically based practice.
I look forward to a practice where body and soul find balance together!
Balance is not a static state. The goal is not to keep yourself tense, but to be in continuous subtle adjustment. Balancing asanas teach you to be truly present, because in this case there is no past and no future, only the now. The breathing. The subtle corrections.
A yoga class where you can experience your body as a holding and safe space, not as a task. Through gentle somatic exercises and inward attention, you can connect to a calmer, more holding inner state, stepping out of constant readiness, slowing down, and experiencing what it's like to not have to adapt or perform. Slow movement, mindful attention, and relaxation support the calming of the nervous system and the gradual release of accumulated stress. A space where you can simply be present, just as you are.
Yoga, the science of connecting with the Self, with ourselves, is infinitely colorful. One of the main shades of the color palette is the chakras, energetic centers. Another very important shade is the mudras, or hand and body postures that consciously direct life energy (prana) to the right place. Last but not least, meditation, which is one of the highest stages of yoga, when the mind is immersed in a state of silence for smaller or larger moments of time. In this class, we will go around these yogic color scales.
Join Bogival's morning mat Pilates class and start your morning with conscious movement and fresh energy! The aim of the class is to move the whole body, activate the deep muscles, improve posture and give momentum to the rest of the day. The exercises strengthen and stretch at the same time, so they not only shape you, but also help you release tension. It is recommended for both beginners and advanced students, as everyone can develop at their own level.
In this class, we move as if we are in slow motion. The soft, continuous movement and the coordination of breathing help us slow down, become still, and more deeply perceive what is happening inside the body.
The practice becomes a meditative state where there is no rush just movement in stillness.
In this one and a half hour practical workshop, physical experience serves as a gateway through which we can enter the inner space of spiritual integrity. After a brief theoretical overview, we perform a classic Kundalini Yoga kriya to strengthen the nervous system. The millennial legacy of Kundalini Yoga guides us as an authentic guide, ensuring control of the mind and precise coordination of the two hemispheres of the brain. During the process, the emphasis is on personal experience, since true awareness does not arrive in the body as theoretical knowledge, but as a visceral certainty. With the help of meditation, we experience together how we can consciously guide the mind instead of fighting it, so that it becomes an effective tool for inner integrity and conscious development.
A space where your body can breathe. In this somatic yoga class, we support the calming of the nervous system and the experience of presence through movement, breathing and sensation. It is a gentle, holding practice where you can put down the accumulated noise and gently move closer to yourself, here it is just you and the moment. This class is not about accomplishment. You don't have to achieve anything or do it well, just arrive and be present with your own experience.
My classes focus on conscious, anatomically based practice.
In my classes, the spine is given the central role, because if the center is stable, movements can become freer from there. The goal is not the spectacle, but the inner order: strength, softness and presence at the same time.
Crown Chakra SAHASHRA ENLIGHTENMENT, UNITY You can wear a white or violet T-shirt or scarf. You can expect a consciously complex sequence of asanas, light transitions, preparation for headstands, mudras, the lotus flower gem, the OM MANI PADME HUM mantra and meditation. "I am one."
The main focus of the practice is the chest and its associated heart center. Within the physical body are the so-called energy centers, or chakras. In this class, we build on the elements of Hatha yoga, connecting the breathing and continuous movement to the asanas, especially to the above-mentioned area.
Mert az áramlás egy csodás dolog. A jóga metafizikájának a csúcsa, egyszerre erősíti a tested, fejleszti a fizikai-, és az idegrendszeri rugalmasságod. Kezdőbarát módon, de rendesen megdolgozva testünket, várlak sok szeretettel!
What if you saw your body not as a task to be fixed, but as a creative space?
In this slowly building, safe space trauma-aware yoga class, the body does not perform, but tells a story. It senses. It experiences.
During the practice, we gently reconnect with the bodys natural intelligence. We hear the bodys small signals, recognize our limits, and make space for what is right now, even their imperfections.
What does this class give participants?
Presence and inward attention,
Body acceptance and new illumination with visualization images,
A free space to experience without expectations,
Harmonization of the nervous system,
Deep relaxation with yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
Who do we recommend the trauma-aware yoga class to? Women, men, anyone who wants to connect with themselves honestly and permissively. Beginners are also welcome.
The canvas is not defective. It is just alive.

According to the Ayurvedic approach, five main elements encompass everything; earth-water-fire-air-ether. These can also be found in nature. Earth as a retainer, water which flows, fire as a transformer, and air and ether as qualities that provide space. In this form, they are also present in the bodies of living beings, without claiming to be complete; retaining role - bones and muscles, flow - circulation, transformation - digestion, invisibly present in space - breathing and hearing. In this practice, we address these processes with the movement of yoga (asanas) and the conscious "sign system" of the fingers (mudras).
A gentle yet powerful Hatha yoga variant with a thorough warm-up, asana holding, breathing exercises and relaxation. Highly recommended for beginners, but also has surprises for advanced practitioners!
My classes focus on conscious, anatomically based practice.
For me, movement, yoga, is about finding inner posture. When we move, we not only activate our muscles, but we also teach our body and nervous system new patterns. Anatomically conscious practice, starting from correct posture, helps us to hold ourselves in a stable, yet effortless way.
Posture is given the primary role in this class.
This class is based on conscious, gentle mobilization of the spine and joints. Soft, flowing movements help release tension, improve mobility, and support the natural flexibility of the spine.
During the practice, the spine is mobilized, while the attention is directed to body sensations and inner presence.
Throat Chakra VISSUDHA Ether Element COMMUNICATION, SELF-EXPRESSION, TRUTH-TELLING You can wear a blue T-shirt or scarf. You can expect asanas, neck exercises, mudras and the HAM bija mantra that consciously harmonize the complex throat chakra. "I am authentic. My voice speaks the truth. I speak with courage."
Our bodies don't forget. Fascia is an intelligent network that wraps around our muscles and organs, and it's where we often store stress experiences that our minds have forgotten. In this class, we use the passive power of Yin yoga to penetrate deeper layers. The goal is to release stuck tissues so that stiffness can be replaced by inner flow. We allow the body to release unnecessary burdens at a cellular level, opening the way to real, physical relief.
Hatha yoga is the foundation of all yoga, the most ancient form and knowledge, the purpose of which was to prepare the body for long meditation. According to Patanjali's name, asana is nothing more than a long, stable, comfortable holding of a pose. There are about 84 traditional ancient yoga asanas, and the number of modern variations is several hundred, but we do not need to know them all to make yoga a part of our everyday lives.
The Sivananda practice series works with only 12 basic asanas and their variations. The practice series was compiled by Swami Vishnudevananda about 40 years ago, and like everything else, he named it after his master, Swami Sivananda. In carefully selecting the 12 basic asanas, Vishnudevananda took the chakras as a basis, covering and moving all energy centers, moving from the crown chakra down to the root chakra.

Chronic stress and constant alertness can put a significant strain on the body, causing elevated cortisol levels, which can hinder true rest and regeneration. This class focuses on physical relaxation and restoring balance. During the practice, we help the area around the adrenal glands to relax. The goal is to calm the body's stress responses and release accumulated tension from the system. By directing attention inward, we bring the nervous system into a state of rest, allowing the body to deeply renew itself. This opportunity gives you the opportunity to release chronic tension and return to your natural, inner peace.
Heart Chakra ANAHATA Air Element LOVE, GRATITUDE You can wear a green T-shirt or scarf. You can expect a consciously complex chest stretching class, mudras and the YAM bija mantra. "I am infinite love. I express my feelings, I am compassionate."

Women's yoga is a preventive and therapeutic method based on traditional hatha yoga principles, supporting women's health. Why do we feel constantly "on alert"? The key lies in the Vagus nerve, the master regulator of our nervous system. In this trauma-aware class, we use specific Yin poses and somatic exercises to stimulate this vital nerve to shift from "fight or flight" mode to "rest and heal." We teach the body to feel safe in the present moment again, increasing nervous system flexibility and internal stability.
